Executive Summary
WeOne is a developing football network intended to connect players, clubs and opportunities. People remain responsible for football decisions; technology and planned AI tools are designed to support discovery and understanding.
The Problem
Football opportunity is fragmented. Players can struggle to build visibility, while clubs spend time searching across disconnected communities and data sources.
The WeOne Vision
One international network where players, clubs and responsible technology work as one. The homepage communicates the idea; this document records the operating principles.
Who WeOne Is For
Players seeking visibility, clubs seeking relevant connections, coaches, scouts, partners and football communities. Registration currently requires users to confirm they are at least 16.
The WeOne Match Format
Core concept: compact high-intensity matches, age-appropriate team formats, fair play and participation. Current reference values are 6+1 for younger groups, 5+1 for older groups and 2 × 10 minute matches. Final competition rules remain subject to pilot validation.
Player Journey
Join the network, participate, build a profile and visibility, then connect with relevant opportunities. Public profiles, rankings and scouting workflows are planned and are not currently represented as live services.
Club Journey
Clubs will be able to join the ecosystem, describe their needs and discover relevant players and communities. Verification and moderation controls will precede public club functionality.
People + AI
AI is planned to support discovery, analysis and connections. It will provide recommendations, not guaranteed assessments. Human coaches, scouts, clubs and players remain responsible for decisions.
Data and Transparency
Only data necessary for a defined function should be used. Sources, limitations and significant AI involvement should be communicated. Users should be able to question or report problematic output.
Community & Fair Play
Respect, youth safety, equal access and reporting mechanisms are design requirements. Behavioural advertising directed at children is outside the intended model.
Technology Principles
Lightweight, secure, modular and privacy-aware. Future platform services should expose stable interfaces so profiles, matches, statistics and AI can evolve independently.
Roadmap
Current: brand website, bilingual resources and network-interest registration. Planned: verified community onboarding and structured profiles. Concept: matches, richer discovery, scoring and responsible AI assistance. Dates will be published only when validated.
Business / Ecosystem Model
The model is being developed around network participation and partnerships. This document makes no investment, token-price, financial-return or employment promises.
Responsible Development
Features involving minors, public profiles, moderation, sensitive data or consequential AI require additional safeguards before launch. No fake parental consent is implemented.
Legal & Privacy Principles
Consent must be informed and withdrawable. Optional tracking must remain disabled before consent. Mandatory law, privacy rights and youth protections take priority over product convenience.
Join the Network
People aged 16 or over may register interest and choose their role. Registration records consent and provides a secure unsubscribe mechanism. It does not guarantee scouting, employment, a contract or platform access.
